Designing a new blend takes skill, time, artistry, and a bit of whimsy. This is a fruity-flavored blend of white tea, green tea, hibiscus, mango, and passionfruit custom blended for Flagship Restaurant Groups' Memoir restaurant and their iced tea menu. It brews up a pale pink and is brisk and cool with sweet mango and passionfruit. We love this blend iced and highly recommend serving it with a slice of orange or even a peach!
