Indian Black Teas
Even before Robert Fortune and the British introduced tea to Darjeeling in the foothills of the Himalayas, tea was enjoyed in northern India. The changing growing seasons in India, and the changes in geography and climate treat us to intriguing tastes when one drinks a first flush Darjeeling, or a second flush Assam. Don't forget a spicy Chai.
